Warranty Statement

Lonestar Signature Products LLC stands behind the quality of the Lonestar Funnel. The Lonestar Funnel is covered by a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

  • Warranty Period: The limited warranty applies for 90 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the Lonestar Funnel.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper installation or use, modification, unauthorized repairs, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose is also not covered.
  • Warranty Claims: To submit a warranty claim, contact Lonestar Signature Products LLC through the contact information provided on our website. Please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, videos, or other information to help evaluate the claim.
  • Warranty Resolution: If we determine that the product has a covered defect, Lonestar Signature Products LLC may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Warranty Shipping: If a warranty claim is approved and the product must be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, Lonestar Signature Products LLC will provide return shipping instructions and cover the applicable shipping costs. If a replacement product is provided, Lonestar Signature Products LLC will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer.
  • Original Purchaser: This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lonestar Signature Products LLC's liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered product. This limited warranty does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
