You’ve got a winner! We drained and filtered so much faster with your funnel. The funnel and filter was slow, and because all the sediment went straight to the point of the cone, it clogs and slows the process. We drained a 4-gallon fryer in about 5 minutes with yours and probably could’ve opened the valve more but we didn’t want to have a mess in the parking lot just in case.
It is tall when using the cap. So, we had to get the fryer up higher. We rolled it up onto the curb to give enough clearance for it to fit under the valve.
We will do some more fry’s and check the maximum amount of flow we can get soon.
